Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), this is how we process the data you give us through this website.

What data we process
The data you enter in the forms: profile, name, phone, email, project location, service, description, approximate budget and timing. To know which page or campaign brought you, the message includes the page name and, if present, the campaign parameters in the web address. We collect nothing automatically, use no cookies and do not track you.
Purpose
Only to handle your request: study your project, reply, arrange a visit or showroom appointment and prepare a quote. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Recipients
The form on this website does not store your data in any system: your request is prepared on your device and you decide whether to send it to us by WhatsApp or email.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the communication goes through WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which processes data under its own privacy policy and may carry out international transfers covered by GDPR mechanisms (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). If you email us, the message passes through your email provider and ours.
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. If you hire us, we may share only the data needed to carry out the job with the professionals and manufacturers involved (for example, the site address and a contact phone number).
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request. If you do not hire us, for a maximum of two years from the last contact. If you do, for the duration of the relationship and the legal retention periods afterwards.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, in writing to C/ Lope de Rueda 174, Málaga, Spain, stating which right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
